Xiaomi could be launching a new Mi LED TV in the Indian market soon. In a report by MySmartPrice, the Chinese electronics manufacturer could be looking to expand their Mi LED TV range in India by launching the 50-inch model of the Mi TV 4A series in India. Xiaomi had launched very recently their 43-inch Mi TV 4A Pro and the 55-inch Mi TV 4X Pro models in the country. Xiaomi had launched the Mi TV 4A Pro 32-inch in the Indian market.
The 50-inch Mi TV 4A which is going to be launched in the Indian market was already launched in the Chinese market in January last year so this is not a new model. The Mi TV 4A 50-inch still offers the same features which one would expect from a 50-inch 4K TV. However, since the Mi TV 4A is placed much lower in the range of Mi LED TVs – under the Mi TV 4 Pro and Mi TV 4X Pro series, we can expect the pricing of the Mi LED TV 4A to be more on the affordable than the 55-inch Mi TV 4 Pro and Mi TV 4X Pro models.
The Mi TV 4A 50-inch model variant will arrive with a display which gets a 3840 x 2160 4K Ultra HD resolution panel which gets a claimed static contrast ratio of 5000:1, 60Hz refresh rate, and also gets a 178-degree wide angle viewing angles. The resolution of the Mi TV 4A 50-inch is much greater than the 32-inch and 43-inch Mi TV 4A models which are currently on sale in the Indian market.
Additionally, the Mi TV 4A 50-inch also offers support for HDR10+ HLG and also like the other Mi TV 4A models, the 50-inch version also gets Xiaomi’s custom PatchWall user interface with access to a content library.
In terms of connectivity, the Mi-LED TV 4A 50-inch features 3x HDMI ports, 1x AV, 2X USB, 1x Ethernet, and 1x S/PDIF port. Now some of the other major features of the 50-inch Mi TV 4A are 2x 7W speakers, 64-bit AmLogic L962 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and a Mi Bluetooth remote control with voice recognition feature as well.―Times Now
