2019 was a tremendous year for us. There was 25 percent growth in our washing machines business. The only challenge was consumers being confused to choose between top- and front-loading washing machines. However, 2020 has completely disrupted the scenario. We are seeing many customers downgrading their choice of products in their recent purchases because of unstable disposable income. It was only since 2018 that our customers had started paying attention to the technology factor as well. Easy financing options facilitated the smart lifestyle. We are hopeful that this may change again in 2021, with consumers getting back to opting for premium washing machine models.
