There is de-growth of 25 percent in our overall business thus far. We are resorting to joining hands with e-commerce platforms in an attempt to liquidate the stock of air conditioners, besides adopting the telemarketing model. However, this has reduced our profit margin significantly. We are also in the process of developing our own portal as there is a high possibility that the trend of consumers shifting to e-commerce is here to stay for long. In the current scenario, if brick-and-mortar businesses like ours want to survive, we will be required to modify the path in the direction of where the industry and market is headed.
