Since we have expanded our business and opened more outlets, the business grew in 2019. Online sales have started to impact washing machine sales. However, the impact is only on the fully automatic segment. The semi-automatic washing machines segment constitutes 90 percent of our total washing machine sales, and does not get hampered by online or showroom competition. Technology in washing machines, unlike in refrigerators, televisions, and smartphones, is not given much importance by the consumers. On the other hand, smart features are gaining popularity among some consumers.
