2020 has been the most difficult year since we started this business, as the pandemic struck right in the beginning of the year. We were already struggling to increase profitability in 2019. We achieved single-digit growth of 9 percent in the previous year and were targeting at least 15 percent growth in 2020. However, looking at the economic downfall caused by COVID-19, we have revised the targets to only 5 percent growth. The festive season may not also provide any respite.
