The marketing scenario in offline retail is transforming. In the earlier years, banners, hoardings, pamphlets, and word-of-mouth did the work for us. However, with such cut-throat competition, even small and medium-sized enterprises like ours are required to step up the marketing and advertising strategies for survival. Recently, we have adapted mass e-mailing and messaging strategy for ensuring the complete coverage of our vicinity. How the market is developing, it seems that brick-and-mortar stores will need to ramp up marketing strategies. We expect 25 percent growth in 2019.
