Even though markets have opened and operations have resumed, the footfall is still negligible in our store. Consumers are apprehensive of visiting brick-and-mortar stores as COVID-19 cases are rising manifold every day. The second half of 2020 will also register abysmal growth as the first half. Consumers are refraining from making any discretionary purchases. We are currently operating 3 days a week as per the guidelines. Inquiries are being raised for televisions and washing machines, but we are unable to capitalize on them as consumers are shifting to e-commerce to make the final purchase. We are considering the online-offline business model, however it will take a few more months to successfully make the switch; and this will lead to further loss in sales from our counter.
