As the country gears up for yet another exciting festive season, we have product launches ready along with some exciting consumer offers. For us, the festive season began right from Onam with the launch of their series with semi-automatic machines called Bristle Wash and Ultra Wash.
Bristle Wash washing machine uses first-in-the-class technology and features brush with bristles in the washing tub to remove deep-rooted dust, dirt, and debris. This carries all the positives you expect from hand-wash. This is perfect for cleaning cuffs and collars with deep rooted dirt. The Ultra Wash washing machine helps in optimal and effective cleaning in a classy way. This technology possesses a specially designed which generates a turbulent water stream inside the tub that removes the dirt and stains. Also, this prevents tangling of clothes. The machine has a pulsator comprising six vanes, which creates a cyclone-like effect in the wash tub to effectively give you a high-quality wash and taking care of your fabric at the same time. Furthermore, both the machines come equipped with a heavy-duty 400W/460W wash motor (for 7.2 kg and 8 kg respectively), and 160W spin motor combination provides best wash quality with fabric care at the same time. Both the machines were well accepted amongst the dealers across the country and the brand is also confident that the series will result in strong sales in the washing machine category in the upcoming Diwali season.

The company is targeting to expand its market share and revenues in the smart LED TV category. As the Diwali festive season approaches, we will also be launching 50 4K UHD smart, which is a Netflix-ready device, optimized to give an amazing viewing experience. It will feature 1.07 billion colors, PIE technology, Mira Cast. It also runs Amazon Prime Video, Youtube, and much more seamlessly. The 4K UHD in particular comes with 3840×2160 pixels, which gives four times more detailing than HD which makes the moving images on TV come to life.
We are also focusing on our Android series of 4K UHD Smart UIC LED TVs with HDR10. These have Android 9.0 Oreo operating system and are future ready smart TVs. These are upgradable and are future-ready smart TVs. The TVs are powered by Google Assistant. Its smart AI algorithms and machine learning provide better suggestions and personalized content. Its power packed performance comes with quad core processor, 2.5 GB RAM, a huge 16 GB of internal memory, and Dolby sound.
Onida has also got into the festive mood and rolled out a special cash-back offer for the upcoming festive season starting Sep 29, 2019 to Oct 31, 2019. The cash-back scheme is applicable through credit card surrogate of all banks. The cash back is capped to `2000 or 10 whichever whichever is lower for loan amount greater or equal to `15,000. Onida has also collaborated with Bajaj Finserve for special EMI schemes.
Besides the offers, this year, Onida has also invested heavily in in-store branding activities across their dealer networks with different POP and display material, putting the visibility of the brand in the forefront. Also, the campaign has been led by putting out hoardings, localized press ads, and in-shop brand promotions at our stronger bastions to drive up the brand awareness, recall, and consideration.
To support these offline activities, Onida also pushes a lot of content on digital means through post promos, digital ads, and engagement activities amplifying all the consumer offers and products.
