Flat panel maker Innolux has said that its 28.3-inch AM (active matrix) mini LED-based integrated automotive cluster and CID display products have been adopted by major OEMs and will find their way into the production lines of Europe- and US-based automakers.
The company claimed that its AM mini LED displays come with flexible and free forms with high brightness, high grayscale performance, high color saturation and high definition dynamic images, and are easy to install.
Built using its glass lamination technology, the AM mini LED displays also deliver ultimate contrast and provides 20% higher color saturation than the average automotive displays at a resolution of 240ppi with local dimming capability.
Not only for automotive applications, the company’s flexible AM mini LED displays can also replace the traditional projection displays for applications in a number of products including cabinet windows, household appliances, automotive vending machines and display shelves. Digitimes
