247around Cranks up its Offering – Launches its CRM the SAAS Way

247around opens up its CRM in software as a service (SAAS) model. Post integration with Google Maps, AI engine for fault debugging, PayTM wallet, cloud telephony, notifications engine, and banking modules, it has opened the first version of its CRM outside of its service customer base. In a much-anticipated move by the industry which is short of one-stop after-sales-service CRM, this offering has landed as a boom. The company claims this CRM will address pressing issues like wrong fault detection, fake closures, and upcountry distance calculation issues, among others, by GPS tagging and call analytics. It can be used at any scale by large and small brands. Also, its field app will empower engineers with a layered data of appliances and brands which will aid them while at the customer’s place and enhance customer experience. Additionally 247around has spread its wings and on-boarded new brands. The latest to join the 247around bandwagon are Weston, Indytech, Golden Prime, Detel, and QFX Technologies. While Weston, GP, Detel, Indytech are popular brands in north India, QFX is an Aurangabad based LED TV and mobile phone manufacturer. 247around is continuously expanding its service presence and its latest addition is 25 cities in Karnataka.
